December cotton traded down 5.78 cents yesterday in what was the largest sell off the contract month has seen. The price fell from 114.00 c/lb to a close of 108.07 c/lb for the day. This week the price has fallen rapidly, dropping nearly 14.5 cents as of the time of writing. This is made even more impressive by the fact that this week is a holiday shortened 4 day trading week.
